Located in downtown Worcester, the 379 Main Street residence is close to the MCPHS-Worcester campus, local healthcare institutions, and a selection of fan-favorite dining and entertainment options.

You will find freshly renovated studios with updated kitchen spaces, cozy living areas, and city views within this residence. Wheelchair-accessible units are available upon request. 379 Main Street is also home to two 2-bedroom townhouses. These two-story townhouses have living and kitchen spaces on the first floor and private bedrooms on the second. Residents can travel between the two floors using a spiral staircase.

Both studio and townhouse units come furnished with full-sized beds, a built-in desk, a chair, a bedside table, a dresser, an armchair and ottoman, and a bulletin board. The kitchens have a full refrigerator, a convection microwave oven, and two stove-top burners.

The building is accessible by a key fob and contains surveillance cameras in all common spaces. Every floor includes a common area with tables and armchairs, making the space perfect for lounging and studying. The residence also offers onsite laundry. No on-site parking is available. Students are assigned to the closest university parking lot.
