Appointments
Counseling ServicesThe MCPHS Counseling Services staff is accepting appointments for urgent care, initial consults, and drop-ins. Services are offered in person and via telehealth. Our online screening tool can help determine if you will benefit from our services. There is no cost for students.
To book an appointment, please email or call your campus location using the contact information below.
Online students are eligible to visit for a free case management consultation. During this visit, our staff will go over how to find an off-campus provider along with tips on navigating the insurance process.
You can always walk into Counseling Services, but we may be unavailable if we are in sessions. For after-hours urgent care, call any of the numbers above and press 9 to be directly connected to the after-hours counselor. Please call 911 for emergencies, or go to your local emergency room.
If you are concerned about a student peer, you can reach out to us to discuss a plan that will support that student. Faculty/staff can also reach out to Counseling Services for a student who may benefit from support.
