The Summer Housing Application is now available in the Residence Life Portal. All students must complete the application to request summer housing regardless of their program. The Office of Residence Life does not automatically assign students to housing based on academic program.

Priority application deadline: March 31, 2025

Final application deadline: April 12, 2025

Summer Housing Assignment and Roommate Requests

All summer students will be housed in Matricaria Hall. We will attempt to keep current Matricaria residents in their present assignment for the summer. Students will be notified of their summer housing assignment in mid-April via their MCPHS University student email address.

Students may request specific roommates through the roommate selection section of the portal. All roommate requests must be mutual. Matricaria rooms are mostly two-bedroom apartments, with two students per bedroom and four in the apartment sharing a bathroom and kitchen/living room space.
