Housing Next Steps

Congratulations on your acceptance to MCPHS. We are glad you are interested in living on-campus. We are looking forward to welcoming you to the MCPHS residential community this fall! Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on your preferences and unit availability. The unit will be yours for the entire year (fall, spring, summer semester).

Fall 2026

To secure a spot in University-sponsored housing, incoming students for Fall 2026 must submit a $300 non-refundable Housing Deposit. Students who deposit for housing will be contacted on or after March 1, 2026 with instructions on completing the Housing Form and signing the Housing Contract. Students who deposit after March 1, 2026 will receive instructions directly from Admissions shortly after depositing.

Fall 2026 move-in day will be Wednesday, August 26 2026. International Students only will move in on the morning of Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

Spring 2027

To secure a spot in University-sponsored housing, incoming students for Spring 2027 must submit a $300 non-refundable Housing Deposit. Students who deposit for housing will be contacted on or after October 15, 2026, with instructions on completing the Housing forms and signing the Housing Contract.

Spring 2027 move-in day will be Thursday, January 7, 2027.
