Qualtrics

Qualtrics is an easy to use web-based survey tool to conduct survey research, evaluations and other data collection activities. Anyone (with no experience) can use this research suite to build surveys, send surveys, analyze responses, and produce reports.

Getting Started

Access Qualtrics

Login using your MCPHS username/password.

First time users: Qualtrics will then ask if you are a new or existing user of Qualtrics, select "I do not have a Qualtrics account".
