These tools and resources are available to support access to MCPHS services from off-campus.
VMWare
VMware is a software and web app that allows you to connect to a virtual desktop from a desktop, laptop, smartphone, or tablet. The MCPHS virtual desktop is equipped with any specialized software and MCPHS resources.
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is the hub for team collaboration in Office 365 that integrates the people, content, and tools your team needs to be more engaged and effective. This is a great way to have audio and/or video meetings with students, faculty or staff. This solution also does not require sharing personal phone numbers.
Office 365
MCPHS uses Microsoft Office 365 as the main Communication and Collaboration tool.
OneDrive
OneDrive is the Microsoft Office 365 cloud service that connects you to all your files. It lets you store and protect your files, share them with others, and get to them from anywhere on all your devices.
Zoom
Zoom is enterprise video conferencing with real-time messaging and content sharing.
Digital Note-Taking
Information Services has put together a list of resources for students on taking notes digitally.
