- Worcester: 19 Foster Help Desk, 19 Foster 2nd Floor
- Manchester: Room 130, Brant Building
When checking out a laptop, please allow about 15 minutes for our IS staff to finalize your loan, check the laptop for any damage or software issues, and help you with your first login to the network.
Please back up any files on the laptop before returning it. When checking it back in, please allow 10 minutes so the IS staff can inspect the laptop and assist you with securely erasing all content and settings.
