The MCPHS University telephone system accommodates more than 2,000 lines and extensions serving the Boston, Worcester, Manchester, and Newton Campuses. We provide University departments with a wide range of business telephone services, from office phones, voice mail, long distance, international, and global dialing services, and conference phones, to advanced call routing and automated attendant systems.

Frequently Asked Questions
If your phone screen is on but does not have a dial tone, remove the two cabled from the back of the phone and reconnect them. After 30 seconds, once the phone returns to normal, pick up the handset again. If you still do not have a dial tone, please contact the Help Desk for further assistance.
To change or update the name displayed on your extension, please contact the Help Desk with your extension number and the name it should be changed to.
