At Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, we support flexible work arrangements whenever feasible. MCPHS employees may request flexible work arrangements. Decisions are made through discussions between employees and their supervisors, with input and guidance from HR when applicable.

Our guiding principles are that any flexible work arrangement should enable you and your academic or business unit to achieve institutional goals, maintain business continuity, foster individual and collective wellbeing, and empower you to do your best work.
