Learning and development is part of life at MCPHS.

When we refer to MCPHS as a learning community, we’re not just talking about our students. We guide faculty and staff towards a variety of programs, sessions, workshops, and events every year to enhance personal and professional growth. Regardless of your role at MCPHS, our HR team will work with you to identify or develop the right training opportunities for individual contributors, managers, leaders, departments, and business units. We also will connect you with additional resources including the MCPHS Center for Teaching and Learning as well as our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
