As you work in the pharmaceutical industry or in the life sciences, you’ll utilize pharmacy knowledge and skills to work within industrial companies and organizations to help develop, define, market, release, or sell pharmaceutical products.
BS, MS, PhD
- Typically courses in the 3rd and 4th year of BS and entire MS/PhD program
- Business minor
- Not required
- None for entry level positions requiring BS degrees
- Research experience preferred for entry/mid-level positions with MS degree
- Thesis-based research required for mid-level/senior positions requiring PhD degree
- Internship experience preferred for all degrees
- Participate in the MCPHS research day via poster or oral presentation (Boston and Worcester/Manchester)
- Participate in AAPS, CRS, SOT meetings via poster or oral presentation
- Apply and secure a student research grant sponsored by MCPHS
