The Center for Health and Wellbeing supports the health and wellbeing of the MCPHS community through programs, resources, and experiences designed for students, faculty, and staff.

From mindfulness and stress management to opportunities that support physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing, the Center helps members of our community build healthy habits, make meaningful connections, and find resources that support them at MCPHS and beyond.

Our goal is to create a healthier, more connected MCPHS community by providing programs and experiences that support physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing.

Building a Healthier MCPHS Community

The Center for Health and Wellbeing at MCPHS fosters a culture of wellness, providing the community with resources and support to enhance their health, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Strategic Priorities

  • Strengthen and expand resources, experiences, programs that contribute to a wellbeing at MCPHS
  • Integrate health and wellbeing in to all aspects of our University to support and promote wellbeing of all members of our Community
  • Empower all members of our Community to engage in and practice self-care activities
  • Identify and support learning opportunities and experiences designed for our Community members, enabling then to develop the skills necessary for seeking and maintaining personal health and wellbeing
  • Invest in resources dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing
  • Incorporate core learning objectives and outcomes into programming that supports and promotes the health and wellbeing of current and future health providers, enhancing resiliency in both personal and professional domains
