Special Academic Request

CASE Boston

MCPHS Boston undergraduate students may submit a Special Academic Request for a variety of reasons. Some of those reasons include:

  • Requesting Transfer Credit for a course that you previously took at another institution
  • Requesting a Course to be a Program/Professional Elective
  • Request for a Course Substitution
  • Request to Substitute a COF Course for a MCPHS Requirement
  • Request to Take a Course Outside of MCPHS Within Last 30 Credits

Submit a Special Academic Request Form

Once you have submitted the form, it will be processed by the appropriate staff/faculty and then sent to the Registrar’s Office for processing.
