Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Applications submitted and completed earlier in the process will be considered more favorably for admission and scholarships, including when you could be invited to campus to interview for the program.

This application is for students who have completed some college credit but have not completed all of the pre-required classes for professional phase entry.
Application Deadline- August 15Free MCPHS Transfer Application
- Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended
- Minimum overall college GPA of 2.50 preferred
After an initial review of your application, additional items that are program- or student-specific may be required, and students will be notified in their student application portal.
Schedule a counselor appointment for an individual evaluation of your transfer credit.
This application is for students who have earned a Bachelor’s degree or have completed all of the pre-required classes as listed below.
Application Deadline- June 1
PharmCAS Application for students who have earned or will be earning a Bachelor’s degree.
PharmCAS Application for students who have completed college coursework, but will not have a degree prior to enrolling at MCPHS.
- Verified PharmCAS application
- Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended
- Personal statement
- One letter of recommendation
- Minimum overall college GPA of 2.50 preferred

Required courses for Professional Phase Entry:
Prerequisite courses (as indicated below) must be completed at a regionally accredited college or university with a grade of C or higher. Math and science courses must be taken no more than ten years prior to the anticipated date of matriculation to MCPHS. Linked courses are available through the MCPHS School of Professional Studies.
Required courses for students with a Bachelor's Degree or higher:
- Anatomy and Physiology (3 credits)
- General Biology I (3 credits)
- General Biology II with lab (4 credits)
- Calculus I (3 credits)
- General Chemistry I with lab (4 credits)
- General Chemistry II with lab (4 credits)
- Organic Chemistry I with lab (4 credits)
- Organic Chemistry II (3 credits)
- Microbiology with lab (4 credits)
- Statistics (3 credits) (Acceptable substitutions include Basic Statistics, Biostatistics, Psychological Statistics, Economic Statistics)
Additional courses required for students without a Bachelor's Degree:
- College Writing/English (6 credits)
- Psychology (3 credits)
- Social Sciences (3 credits)
- Liberal Arts Courses (18 credits)
