Transfer Applicants:
For consideration for admission, the following application materials must be submitted:
Completed MCPHS Application
Official college transcripts from each college, university or secondary school attended
Official high school transcript or GED score report
Personal Statement (included in application)
Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) Exam score of 65.3% (required for year 2 entry) (three attempts are allowed within three years)
Prerequisite courses must have been completed at a regionally accredited college or university with a grade of C+ or higher. Math and science courses taken more than ten years prior to the anticipated date of matriculation to MCPHS will not be accepted.
Final transcripts and test scores can be emailed or mailed directly from your college/university or testing agency. If mailed, the transcript must be in a sealed, signed envelope sent directly to the Admissions Office.
