Purpose Statement

Evaluate the University’s existing programs and explore opportunities for new programs and initiatives relative to their competitive strength, their position in the marketplace, and their alignment with the overall mission of the University.

Goals

1. To analyze existing programs, based on quantitative and qualitative indicators, relative to their competitive strength and position in the marketplace.
2. To engage and collaborate with academic program leaders on program planning and development to ensure that programs are competitively aligned with the marketplace.
3. To explore and review opportunities for new programs and initiatives and to launch new programs and initiatives in collaboration with the schools and related committees.
