Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) rolls out a redesigned version of its news website.

Exciting stories happen all around us at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS). They can include a pharmacy student making her mark on Capitol Hill, the University earning recognition for its Interprofessional Education initiatives, a faculty member coaching Team USA at the Chemistry Olympics, and much more.

The Marketing and Communications Department has launched an updated version of its news and information hub, MCPHS News, to share these stories with the world. Designed to creatively display and effectively tell the University’s story, this revamped section aims to strengthen connections among students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the broader community.

The new site, a culmination of several months of planning, research, design, and development, is now live. MCPHS News stands out with its cleaner visual design, featuring more prominent photography and a modern modular grid layout of essential stories. From student profiles to groundbreaking research and University initiatives, each story is in lockstep with MCPHS's missions of leading with vision, educating with passion, and serving with care.

Key enhancements on MCPHS News include a multimedia area with easy access to all 14 episodes of our Bicentennial podcast, “The Secret to Living to 200,” and a media row featuring videos that bring our stories to life.

The site has been reorganized into six primary sections to help readers navigate to areas of interest across the University.

Student Success introduces readers to the University’s young changemakers and celebrates their achievements. University News provides insights into trends, events, awards, campus life, and the five Centers for Excellence.

The Community category spotlights the University's engagement efforts with its neighbors across the Boston, Worcester, and Manchester campuses while the Alumni section highlights the contributions of MCPHS graduates in the field of life sciences.

Faculty & Research features thought leadership pieces and stories emphasizing the research and scholarship of MCPHS instructors. Academic Innovation showcases the University’s cutting-edge programs and accolades, focusing on the student experience.

MCPHS News will be updated frequently, ensuring that our Community is always informed and connected. An accompanying newsletter, delivered monthly to all students, faculty, staff, and alumni, is a collection of news and features that further tell the story of MCPHS.
