About

Dan Fogarty, FACHE, has over 12 years of experience in healthcare management and strategic communication. He earned his Master’s in Health Communication from Johns Hopkins University in 2012. Dan served as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Office of Intramural Management (OIM) at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute for eight years before becoming the Chief Administrative Officer of the NIH Clinical Center.

Currently, Dan is a Senior Advisor at SAMHSA, where he plays a strategic role in planning, communications, leadership development, and organizational business operations. In 2021, he earned board certification in healthcare management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). He also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS).
