About
Dr. Bear earned his PharmD from the University at Buffalo SUNY after completing undergraduate studies at Boston University. He then pursued a one-year PGY-1 clinical pharmacy residency at Tufts Medical Center, followed by a one-year clinical geriatric fellowship at the MCPHS Pharmacy Outreach Program.
He later joined the faculty at the MCPHS School of Pharmacy – Worcester/Manchester, where he established a clinical practice site specializing in antimicrobial stewardship at UMass Memorial Medical Center.
