About

Dr. Helen Pervanas is a Professor of Pharmacy Practice at MCPHS, her practice site is located at the Lamprey Health Center in Nashua NH. Over the last decade, Helen has dedicated her career to promoting patient medication safety and raising awareness about prescription and illicit drug use disorders in the community. Prior to joining the University, she worked in various areas of pharmacy including long-term care, hospital, and community pharmacy, and managed care. Helen was the former President of the NH Board of Pharmacy and served as a commissioner for ten years, engaging in several initiatives to promote patient safety and to advocate for the profession of pharmacy.
