About
Dr. Seed is a professor and chair of the Department of Pharmacy Practice at MCPHS, serving the Worcester and Manchester campuses. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she played a pivotal role as the university’s COVID-19 coordinator for all three campuses.
Dr. Seed earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from MCPHS in Boston, a Master of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Idaho State University. She has been a dedicated faculty member at MCPHS since 2001.
Before joining academia, Dr. Seed gained practical experience working in community pharmacy and served as a pharmacy officer in the U.S. Air Force. She holds a Certificate of Travel Health™ (CTH®) and is an associate faculty member of Travel Medicine at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (Glasgow).
