He completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at UNM Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 2006 and joined the MCPHS faculty later that year.
Dr. Horton is board certified in pediatric pharmacotherapy (BCPPS) and maintains a clinical practice site in general pediatrics at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. He is an active member of the Pediatric Pharmacy Association and brings his clinical expertise into the classroom by teaching pediatric pharmacotherapy, pain management, and substance use disorder concepts within the School of Pharmacy.
