Advanced Certificate in Computed Tomography
School of Medical Imaging and Therapeutics
Location: Online | Start Term: Fall, Spring, Summer | Format: Part-Time
This nine-credit, part-time online program is designed for working technologists with a current certification in radiography, nuclear medicine technology, or radiation therapy.
In this part-time online program, you can continue working while you earn a specialized computed tomography (CT) credential. Upon completion of the program, you will be qualified to operate advanced CT equipment in environments such as hospital radiology departments, emergency rooms, and out-patient ambulatory centers. Our program meets the instructive and clinical requirements for both the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) computed tomography exams. If you need only the structured education or clinical experience components of the program, you can customize your study accordingly. The program starts in the fall, spring, and summer.
