Admissions Requirements

Freshman applicants can view their admission requirements on the Undergraduate Applicants page.

In order to continue onto SGU, students must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5 with no science grades less than a C. A letter of recommendation from a licensed veterinarian is required, and a minimum of 500 hours of animal experience with a veterinarian or animal care professional is highly recommended.

SGU may also require proof of English Language Proficiency.

International students and U.S. citizens or permanent residents may apply for the joint program. Transfer students and current MCPHS students are also eligible to join this pathway.
