About

Dr. Dinan has been an occupational therapy practitioner for over 25 years, working with individuals across the lifespan in diverse settings, including acute care, rehabilitation, school-based practice, community care, and mental health. She has extensive experience in providing therapeutic interventions for individuals with mental health challenges, utilizing a holistic and client-centered approach. Dr. Dinan is passionate about evidence-based practice and integrates real-world applications, including mental health strategies, into the classroom to enhance student learning and prepare them for diverse practice environments.

Dr. Dinan teaches the following courses: Practice Engagement: Mental Health, Practice Engagement: Assessment Fundamentals, Neuroscience in Occupational Performance, and Practice Engagement: Children and Adolescents. At MCPHS, Dr. Dinan serves as the co-advisor for the student occupational therapy association (SOTA) on the Worcester campus.
