About
Professor Baron is a former Senior Executive with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. She has broad functional experience in strategy, planning, program and business development, and project management. Her deep knowledge of healthcare insurance and service delivery models brings real life experiences into the classroom, which she learned by managing large groups of people. She leads and manages change at both the strategic and operational level, effectively bridging management and clinical staff to build new products and turn around troubled businesses.
By providing knowledge and detailed industry models to students, she is teaching a range of professional skills that are essential in today’s workplace.
