Lancaster Street

Located just a ten-minute walk from the Lincoln Square Academic and Student Center, the apartment buildings at 7, 11, and 15 Lancaster Street feature six spacious two-bedroom apartments.

Residents at Lancaster Street enjoy the privacy of their own bedroom and share common areas including the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with just one roommate.

All of the apartments at Lancaster Street are fully furnished. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, a desk and chair, a bedside table, a dresser, a closet, and a separate lock. All utilities are included, including heat, air conditioning, electricity, and wireless internet. Housing rates are $1,300 per month and are billed by semester. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the basement of each building. A resident assistant lives on-site and there is limited on-site parking available.
