About

Dr. Landry’s research focuses on investigating the target organ toxicity characterization of diethylene and ethylene glycol poisonings, as well as the renal toxicological mechanisms of grape toxicity in canines and lily toxicity in felines for antidote development and risk assessment purposes. Additionally, his laboratory has developed a Drosophila melanogastermodel for investigating mechanisms mediating heavy metal-induced calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis. He teaches undergraduate, graduate, and professional courses in toxicology, drug metabolism, pathophysiology, and pharmacology. Dr. Landry is also a board-certified general toxicologist and serves as an external consultant on toxicology-related cases for private, governmental, and legal entities.
