Promote an inclusive environment that strives to prepare all students, faculty, and staff for success and satisfaction in diverse environments to address health inequities, fostering a healthier and more equitable world.
Goals
Use input from the MCPHS members to build an inclusive community.
Advance learning opportunities that strengthen community-wide understanding of the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the context of MCPHS, a health sciences institution.
Collaborate with offices across the university to ensure equitable processes, policies, and procedures are in place to facilitate full participation and inclusion.
Offer annual Community Mini-Grants to implement programming directly related to the MCPHS DEI strategic goals.
Make DEI metrics part of MCPHS's ongoing strategic planning and implementation processes.
