Housing

MCPHS offers a variety of on-campus living environments that provide easy access to classes, study groups, the library, the tech center, and on-campus activities.

Live in apartment-style suites, high above our academic spaces and state-of-the-art labs, or join the vibrant community at the Treehouse and share your living and dining spaces with art and engineering students from our neighbors at the Colleges of the Fenway. Whatever residential housing option you choose, MCPHS guarantees space in housing for new undergraduate students for the first two academic years of study. Housing for students beyond their second year can be requested based on availability.
